Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026+ technology roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) for strategic integration
- Design scalable frameworks for digital transformation across global operations
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive threats and opportunities
- Establish governance protocols for emerging tech adoption and compliance
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-readiness methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or C-suite leadership roles
- Proven experience in digital transformation and innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Management preferred
