- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives and partnerships with tech startups and research institutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive threats and opportunities across global markets
- Drive innovation culture through technology workshops and thought leadership initiatives
- Manage technology portfolio investments and ROI analysis for emerging tech ventures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating technology trends into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in strategic planning (e.g., CSCP, TOGAF) preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
