Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Web3.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive trends early.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing) to prototype and validate new technologies.
- Pitch technology strategies to executive leadership to secure budget and buy-in.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation within the organization.
- Oversee the integration of futuristic tools to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or R&D leadership.
- Deep understanding of emerging technology trends, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, and Future Tech.
- Proven track record of successfully leading technology transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market signals.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
