Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive vision for technology adoption, ensuring alignment with business goals and future market demands.
- Lead Emerging Tech R&D: Identify, evaluate, and prototype disruptive technologies such as Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, and Edge Computing.
- System Architecture Design: Design enterprise-grade architecture patterns that ensure scalability, security, and high availability for future workloads.
- Strategic Vendor Management: Evaluate and select technology partners and vendors that align with our long-term 2026 strategic vision.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate technical strategies into executable development plans.
- Talent & Culture Building: Foster a culture of innovation, mentor senior engineers, and guide the technical direction of the architecture team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Emerging Tech: Proven experience with AI/ML integration, blockchain, or other next-generation technologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to C-level executives.
