Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 3+ in emerging tech
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and blockchain consensus
- Proven track record of scaling enterprise systems to 10M+ users
- Certification in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000)
- Experience with federal tech policy and regulatory compliance
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
