Responsibilities
- Design scalable frameworks for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen neural interfaces
- Develop sustainability protocols for AI carbon footprint reduction
- Strategize 10-year technology roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies in biotech and energy
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions for quantum computing research
- Present future-tech insights to C-suite and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in R&D for emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum algorithms or neuromorphic computing
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier
- Proficiency in future-scanning methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and governance
- Track record of securing grants from NSF or DARPA
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
