Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies or innovation leadership
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives or neurotech products
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
