Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology roadmap, analyzing emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Develop and execute innovation frameworks to integrate next-gen technologies into product development
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives and market expansion
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies, measuring ROI and scalability

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps

- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
