- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with global market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Secure $50M+ in innovation funding through compelling investment narratives
- Present breakthrough concepts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers in future-focused methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting emerging technologies
- Drive patent development and intellectual property protection strategies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or clean energy systems
- Executive-level experience securing >$100M in innovation funding
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Active security clearance (Top Secret/SCI preferred)
