Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with our 5-year vision and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global tech ecosystems
- Present technology insights and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies through change management initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology deployment and adaptation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of successfully implementing disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CEIM) preferred
- Strong network within global tech innovation communities
