Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for technology adoption through 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to align technology strategy with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership and the board of directors.
- Stay current with global tech trends and foster relationships with thought leaders and innovators.
- Lead the development of pilot projects to test and validate new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies in a corporate setting.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience with scenario planning and long-term forecasting methodologies.
