Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate societal and technological shifts
- Drive innovation culture through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Strong communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic forecasting
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., CMI) preferred
