Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI autonomy, quantum-secure systems, and neuro-interfaces
- Lead moonshot projects targeting climate-positive tech and human augmentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and leading research institutions
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and venture capital for experimental initiatives
- Present breakthrough concepts to the C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor a team of 15+ specialists in emerging fields
- File 50+ patents annually in next-gen technology domains
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years in R&D leadership with 5+ years in future-tech strategy
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proven track record of launching billion-dollar tech innovations
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Expertise in policy frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Hindi for global partnerships
