Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for future tech landscapes
- Develop patent strategies and intellectual property portfolios
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental R&D
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
