Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with company vision
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions
- Establish partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Create technology roadmaps and investment proposals for executive approval
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in launching or scaling disruptive technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
