- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience scaling global tech initiatives across 3+ regions
- Strong financial modeling for tech ROI and risk assessment
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
