Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
