Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 2026+ market potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and integration across enterprise operations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement future-ready tech frameworks
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory developments affecting tech innovation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for early access to innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and implementing future-focused solutions
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience managing innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
