- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) for adoption
- Lead innovation workshops and scenario planning sessions for executive stakeholders
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
