- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with global impact potential
- Develop patent portfolios and commercialization frameworks for breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Manage $15M innovation budget with ROI-focused technology investments
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies (2019-2023)
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks and quantum computing architectures
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Security clearance or ability to obtain government-level credentials
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for international collaboration
