Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies with 2026+ impact
- Analyze market trends and disruptors to identify innovation opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present compelling visions for future technologies to stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of emerging tech through internal education and external thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Master's degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, etc.) preferred
- Experience in venture capital or corporate innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in future technologies or innovation strategy
