Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in implementing AI/ML solutions at scale
- Deep understanding of blockchain, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) preferred
- Experience presenting to executive boards and securing funding
- Portfolio demonstrating technology transformation initiatives
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/Scala)
