- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision
- Build and manage a cross-functional innovation lab prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and innovation impact
- Lead vendor partnerships and ecosystem development for emerging tech integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing future-tech solutions
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking abilities
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
