Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology roadmap aligned with company vision and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, etc.) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateX as an innovation leader
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive R&D initiatives for breakthrough innovations with 5-10 year impact
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in launching futuristic products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
