Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating future technologies into enterprise solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present tech foresight insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Manage technology incubation programs for breakthrough innovations
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Proven track record of launching tech products with market impact
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
