Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 exposure
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough products
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and distributed systems architecture
- Certified in Agile/Scrum methodologies with DevOps experience
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native development
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants
