Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech, and AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with market impact analysis
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Create innovation frameworks for ethical tech deployment
- Present executive-level strategic briefings to C-suite leadership
- Manage technology incubation programs for future-focused startups
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven experience with emerging tech (quantum, blockchain, neuromorphic computing)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
