Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to accelerate technology adoption cycles
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical tech implementation
- Drive innovation through competitive analysis and patent strategy
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, or sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum and technology forecasting preferred
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
