Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of 2026-era technologies including quantum computing, advanced AI, and biotech integration
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech innovation with 5-year strategic roadmap
- Develop patent-pending solutions for autonomous systems and human-machine interfaces
- Mentor junior engineers in future-proof coding methodologies
- Present innovation roadmaps to key stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of emerging tech standards across industry partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record leading complex R&D projects from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology, or advanced robotics
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and sustainable development
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to anticipate tech convergence points
