Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and IoT to drive long-term growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research, development, and deployment of futuristic prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical strategy with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable systems designed to withstand the demands of a hyper-connected future.
- Mentor and develop high-potential talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis to identify disruptive technologies and potential acquisition targets.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic leadership role within the technology sector, with a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture with a forward-looking perspective on industry evolution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Experience managing diverse, geographically dispersed teams and driving consensus in ambiguous environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
