Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a strategic vision and actionable plan for technology adoption, focusing on AI integration and scalability.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Identify and prototype promising technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, Edge Computing) to determine feasibility for enterprise use.
- Architectural Leadership: Oversee the design and implementation of high-level system architectures that support long-term business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for futuristic initiatives.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and guiding technical decision-making processes.
- Risk Assessment: Proactively identify potential technical risks and regulatory challenges associated with deploying advanced technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in technical leadership, architecture, and strategic planning within the tech industry.
- Deep AI/ML Knowledge: Expert understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and Natural Language Processing.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform with a focus on serverless and microservices architecture.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into business value.
- Strategic Planning: Experience creating multi-year technology roadmaps and managing budgets for large-scale projects.
- Bachelorâs Degree: In Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masterâs preferred).
