Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year tech strategy aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/quantum solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, AGI, biotech convergence) for competitive advantage
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and executive board
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor junior futurists and build a high-impact strategy team
- Collaborate with MIT Future Labs on research partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ in emerging tech (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (2018-2023)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for APAC market engagement
