Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) and integrate them into our long-term vision.
- Innovation Research: Conduct in-depth research on future trends and competitive landscapes to anticipate market shifts.
- Technical Visionary Leadership: Work closely with C-suite executives and engineering teams to align technical capabilities with business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future scenarios to non-technical stakeholders to drive buy-in and investment.
- Prototyping & POCs: Spearhead Proof of Concept initiatives to validate high-risk, high-reward technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a senior technical leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging hardware architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
