Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to gain a competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive teams to define product features and technical architectures for the future.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to forecast technology trends and consumer behavior shifts.
- Oversee pilot programs and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for next-generation solutions.
- Manage a budget for innovation initiatives and vendor partnerships.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Strategic Planning, or Product Management, with a focus on future tech.
- Proven track record of successfully leading technology initiatives for major product launches.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, Web3, and Cloud-native architectures.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
