In this pivotal role, you will work closely with executive leadership to translate high-level strategic goals into executable technical plans. You will not only lead development teams but also guide the company's investment in cutting-edge technologies, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's 2026 technical roadmap, with a focus on Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Quantum Computing integration.
- Lead R&D initiatives to prototype and validate futuristic technologies before market release.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to integrate complex AI models into scalable infrastructure.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to recommend strategic pivots and technology stack upgrades.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to drive buy-in for new initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to executive leadership.
