Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's long-term vision.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Disruption Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and provide actionable insights on potential market disruptions.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Bridge the gap between technical teams and business units to ensure strategic goals are met.
- Pilot Program Management: Oversee the testing and deployment of experimental technologies (POCs) to validate future viability.
- Competitive Intelligence: Benchmark competitor technologies and propose strategic pivots to maintain market leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think 5-10 years ahead of current market trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
