Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap for emerging technologies.
- Conduct deep-dive research on disruptive technologies, including AI, quantum computing, and biotech.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate future concepts.
- Present complex technological concepts to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups and academic institutions.
- Monitor global technology trends to anticipate market shifts.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or R&D.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Experience working in the United States is mandatory.
