Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to outline our technological milestones and product evolution leading up to 2026.
- Architect Future Solutions: Design scalable, forward-thinking architectural frameworks that integrate emerging technologies like AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Roadmap Execution: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate high-level strategic goals into detailed, actionable development roadmaps.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends to identify opportunities for competitive advantage and innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all departments.
- Talent & Culture: Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation and future-forward thinking within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or systems architecture, with a specific focus on future tech trends.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Data Analytics.
- Roadmap Mastery: Proven track record of defining and delivering long-term product roadmaps, specifically targeting a 2026 release cycle or milestone.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative, long-term solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
