Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable impact milestones
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI integration and carbon-negative tech
- Identify emerging threats/opportunities through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Leaders program
- Secure $5M+ in annual R&D funding through compelling business cases
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent innovation portfolio)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent impact
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or sustainable tech
- Active contributor to IEEE or ACM future-tech committees
- Fluency in Mandarin or German (for global partnerships)
