Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record shipping AI/quantum systems at scale (AWS/Azure/GCP certified)
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
