Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead strategic partnerships with Fortune 100 companies for pilot implementations
- Author annual 'Tech Horizons 2026' report distributed to 200+ global stakeholders
- Manage portfolio of 15+ moonshot projects with dedicated engineering teams
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and UN Technology Forums
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Drive commercialization of 3+ breakthrough technologies annually
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent technical expertise
- Published author in Nature/Science with 50+ citations
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder management
- Patent portfolio with 10+ granted AI/quantum patents
- Experience securing $50M+ in government innovation grants
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST AI Risk Management frameworks
