Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech research and implementation
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation preferred
