Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in AI/quantum computing leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on future tech implications
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ valuations
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes in 10+ countries
- Expertise in neural network optimization and quantum algorithm design
