Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizon, focusing on AI integration, quantum applications, and decentralized systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, bio-hybrid interfaces, climate tech) and assess market viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams to align on future capabilities
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups in emerging tech ecosystems
- Quantify ROI projections for next-gen technology investments
- Advise C-suite on technology adoption timelines and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or climate tech
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep understanding of tech convergence points and exponential growth patterns
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within global tech innovation communities (e.g., Singularity University, IEEE)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategic foresight (preferred)
