Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy across AI, quantum computing, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives bridging theoretical breakthroughs with commercial applications
- Establish partnerships with top-tier research institutions and governmental innovation labs
- Forecast technological disruptions and create mitigation/adaptation frameworks
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Horizon Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Sustainable Engineering with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from prototype to global deployment
- Expertise in at least three of these domains: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, carbon capture tech
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and corporate innovation funding
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Japanese for international collaboration
