What you'll do:

• Develop 3-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
• Present findings to executive stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
• Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging tech adoption
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends and their business implications for 2026
- Develop comprehensive innovation strategies with measurable KPIs
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis in emerging tech sectors
- Present strategic frameworks to executive leadership quarterly
- Manage technology forecasting budgets and resource allocation
- Establish ethical guidelines for next-gen technology implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi technique)
- Strong data visualization and executive presentation skills
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
- Demonstrated success in scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
