Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum/AI by 2024
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants for climate tech
- Deep expertise in blockchain consensus mechanisms and zero-knowledge proofs
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of deployed systems processing >10M transactions/sec
