Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI/Materials Science
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic technologies to market
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Published research in Nature/Science on disruptive tech
- Experience with federal tech innovation programs (DARPA, IARPA)
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Q#)
- Certified in Sustainable Tech Architecture (STA-Gold)
