Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, biotech convergence)
- Design and pilot next-gen digital transformation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present future tech scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a cross-functional innovation task force
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal advocacy and change management
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory implications for 2026 landscape
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward solutions
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- C-suite experience with technology governance and innovation pipeline management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
