Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for next-gen tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards of directors
- Manage innovation budgets and ROI tracking for experimental projects
- Drive organizational culture of continuous learning and technological adaptation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience with venture capital ecosystem and startup incubation programs
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
